IOL members from the Administration Board, Ali Abdulrahman Mohammed and Awder Anwar Karim participated in a three day course that was organized by the German Organization (Elbarlament) entitled by (FOLLOW-UP, EVALUATING AND REPORTING OF IRAQ’S SECOND NATIONAL PLAN FOR UN SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 1325).
