Within the framework of the Rule of Law Strengthening Project (NORAD), the IOL, Investigator Organization for supporting role of law and Democracy, with the support of NPA, Norwegian People's Aid, conducted a training workshop for representatives of 15 civil society organizations specializing in legal affairs from various governorates of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
The workshop aimed to develop networking and cooperation mechanisms among organizations with the objective of establishing a specialized network to support and strengthen the rule of law in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. The two-day workshop was held on 17–18 December 2022 at the Van Royal Hotel in Erbil, under the supervision of expert trainer Khidr Domli.
This training workshop represents an initial foundation for establishing the network in the future under the supervision of IOL, Investigator Organization for supporting role of law and Democracy.
