With the aim of raising students’ legal awareness and enhancing their understanding of legal and social issues related to early marriage, a legal awareness session was held for students of Leaders Private High School.
The activity was organized as part of the “Reducing Early Marriage” project, implemented by the Investigator Organization for Supporting Rule of Law and Democracy (IOL) in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), with financial support from UK Aid, and in coordination with the Ministry of Education – Sulaymaniyah General Directorate of Education.
The session addressed key legal and social aspects related to early marriage.
This activity forms part of the project’s ongoing efforts to raise students’ legal and social awareness and enhance their understanding of issues related to early marriage.
