As part of the “Reducing Early Marriage in the Kurdistan Region” project, implemented by the Investigator Organization for Supporting Rule of Law and Democracy (IOL) in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), with financial support from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), and in coordination with the Ministry of Education, legal and psychological awareness activities for preparatory-level students and their parents continue to be conducted across Erbil Governorate.
As part of these activities, the eleventh legal and psychological awareness session was held for preparatory-level students at Trefa Girls’ High School. The session took place on 20 December 2023, with the aim of strengthening students’ legal and psychological awareness.
