With the aim of strengthening students’ legal awareness and increasing their understanding of issues related to early marriage, the eighth legal awareness session was held for students of Dwarozh Boys’ High School.
The session was conducted as part of the “Reducing Early Marriage” project, implemented by the Investigator Organization for Supporting Rule of Law and Democracy (IOL) in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), with financial support from UK Aid, and in coordination with the Ministry of Education – Erbil General Directorate of Education.
During the session, legal issues related to early marriage were addressed, with discussions focusing on the importance of students’ legal awareness in understanding the legal and social challenges associated with this issue.
