Dr. Ahmad Mohamad-Amin Abdulrahman
Board Member
An academic, researcher, human rights activist, and legal expert in civil rights and the protection of vulnerable groups and minorities. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative International Criminal Law from Cairo University. With over 24 years of experience as a judicial investigator at the Judicial Council of the Kurdistan Region since 1996, he serves as a Board Member, Founder, and President of the Investigator Organization for the Rule of Law. He is also a member of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) in The Hague and has served as an international advisor and trainer with UN agencies including UNAMI, UNFPA, UNODC, and UN Women across rule of law, gender equality, and organized crime prevention.
