discussion session to review and discuss the provisions related to Chapters II and V of the (UNCAC)
On October 7, 2024, with the participation of relevant stakeholders, our organization held an intensive evening discussion session to review and discuss the provisions related to Chapters II and V of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). The focus was on assessing the implementation of preventive measures in both the public and private sectors, as well as evaluating the efforts of the federal government, the Kurdistan Regional Government, and their agencies in combating corruption and recovering stolen assets.
During the session, many interesting points were raised, discussed, and recorded. This series of meetings will continue until the final report is completed.
