On 18 August 2022, a delegation from IOL visited NPA Organization in Erbil to sign a contract for a new partnership with their organization on a new project entitled by “Enhancing the Rule of Law and Increasing Participation of Youth and Women in Decision-Making in KRI and Iraqi Federal Government.” It is also worth mentioning that the project will be implemented within a five months time period.
