Review of Forensic Medical Reports

Through dialogue and coordination with judges, public prosecutors, judicial investigators, forensic physicians, and relevant legal and medical institutions, the project seeks to identify challenges and barriers affecting forensic medicine and provide practical recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of forensic medical reports within the justice system. The project also supports stronger coordination among relevant institutions and the development of professional and legal standards related to forensic medicine and forensic medical reporting.
The Current State of the Judiciary in the Kurdistan Region: Existing Challenges and Pathways for Reform
The project, “The Current Reality of the Judicial System in the Kurdistan Region: Challenges, Obstacles, and Steps for Their Resolution,” is a legal and judicial initiative aimed at assessing the current state of the judicial system in the Kurdistan Region and identifying the challenges and obstacles affecting judicial independence and effectiveness. The project includes the preparation of an analytical study and the organization of several discussion sessions with experts and relevant stakeholders, with the aim of developing practical recommendations to support judicial reform and strengthen the judicial system in the Kurdistan Region.
