On 2 November 2022, Steve Bitner, Iraq Director at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, met with Peshawa Hisamadeen of the Investigator Organization for supporting role of law and Democracy and Farman Rasheed of STOP Organization.
The meeting focused on discussing the important efforts and activities undertaken by civil society organizations to combat corruption and advance the rule of law in the Kurdistan Region.
