discussion session to review and discuss the provisions related to Chapters II and V of the (UNCAC)<\/strong><\/h4>
On October 16, 2024, our organization held the second intensive discussion session, which is part of a series of sessions designed for the same purpose as mentioned in the first session:<\/div>
(reviewing and discussing the provisions related to Articles 2 and 5 of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption( UNCAC), assessing the implementation of preventive measures in both the public and private sectors, and evaluating the efforts of the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, along with their agencies, in combating corruption).<\/div>
Important opinions were discussed regarding the provisions included in these two articles, with the aim of reaching a set of practical recommendations that align with the content of the articles, in order to enhance transparency and combat corruption.<\/div>
During the session, many interesting points were raised, discussed, and recorded. This series of meetings will continue until the final report is completed.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
